Here’s how it works:

- Get ready to trade in your device.
- Ship your trade-in device within 14 days of receiving your trade-in kit.
If your device doesn’t qualify for trade-in credit, we’ll recycle it for free. Once you complete your purchase, you’ll get an email with a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to pack up your device and send it to your nearest drop-off location.
